BOOKING POLICY
To secure your appointment, we require a valid card on file. Your card will not be charged during booking - payment is only processed after your service. This ensures we can protect our team’s time in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 100% charge of the booked service

To keep you informed, we’ll send you reminders:
LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service. If time allows, we’ll complete a partial service within the remaining time - but the full service price still applies. Running late? Call or text us right away: 510-365-7967
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee. We value our technicians' time, and this policy helps ensure availability for all clients
